And front desk like Jenny, Ari, and Marisa. The rooftop attendant, Javier was such a kind person. Overall I was treated very special! I look forward to be reunited with the rooms and staff again!”

”This hotel is literally fantastic. My first day in PR it was raining and windy and the power went out and the generator was so loud in my room, they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite with balcony and it was breath taking. I went back to my original room by choice and it had a private Jacuzzi on the patio which was the highlight of our stay! Staff is so responsive and sweet. Close to everything you need and beach. Definitely would stay again! 10/10”

I’m sorry we didn’t have more time to explore the restaurant, pool, etc but this was a one night stay pre-cruise and we already had dinner reservations off-property. ”The rooms were spacious and had plenty of space! All the staff were super nice and helpful! They forgot to fill up the body soap when it was out, but they gave us soap when we asked for it. So not big of a deal. I really liked the location, it was really convenient and walking distance to the beach, 24 hours supermarket, and la placita de santurce. They also had a cute little coffee shop that’s outside the hotel which is also convenient! Overall I would stay at Ola boutique again! ”
