”We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda Del Mar! From the moment we stepped onto the property, the warm breezes and relaxed vibe set the tone for the trip. ”Our six-day stay was great. Quiet neighborhood. Quick access to shops and supermarkets. Very friendly and welcoming neighbors. Very comfortable beds. For the price, you could not ask for more. We highly recommend this place.”

”Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”
