”Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. ”

”The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. ”

”Communication with the host was poor. Three days before we were to check in, the host sent a message on what our ETA would be. I replied back and asked if we could check in any earlier. The morning of check in the host had still not responded nor did they send me any check in instructions. Because we had not heard back from the host, I made reservations at a hotel. After the reservation was made, the host contacted me and said I couldn't check in early (which was fine) and said they didn't...

”We really enjoyed our stay at Fajardo Inn. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The coffee bar as well. Our favorite part were the pools. Highly recommend!”

”The hotel and grounds are as beautiful as any resort I have seen in Puerto Rico. The staff failed to correct, or “make right” several mistakes, including overbooking restaurants, not honoring reservations, making mistakes on excursions, and overcharging for things. They attempted to upsell time shares regularly. This resort felt more like a “money grab” that a luxurious relaxing resort. ”

”We stayed here for 8 nights during our visit to Luquillo. We loved the location as it’s a short walk to the beach. Wonderful coffee shop across the street. Great restaurants within walking distance. Prompt response for any requests made. It does get a little loud at night, however, provided ear plugs did the trick. Also, bed was very comfortable. We hope to return. Thank you for a memorable vacation. ”
