”I was very impressed by the updates to the property. The room was very clean and up to date. However I was disappointed that there was only 1 tv in the unit which did not allow to watch television while in bed. And the a/c unit was a window unit located in the bedroom which you had to make sure the adjoining doors were open to allow cool air to flow into the main living room.”

”The property is clean, has a great location and is well maintained. Unfortunately, their front desk help was not so "helpful." I left a message on their voicemail every day for 3 days in advance of my visit, as I had a question. No one ever called me back, and I had to drive all the way to the property - early on the day of my stay in order to get the question answered. The girl at the desk Gabby, was very rude.”

”Bigger room with a nice view and very comfortable beds/sofa. There was a small kitchen in the room and a full size fridge, standing shower in the bathroom which itself was quite big, also new furniture. Breakfast had quite a things to pick from and hotel staff was very helpful. This hotel is in a town center close to highway 82. We enjoyed our stay.”

”Hesitate to make a review for this hotel. They were very nice and accommodating and we only wish we could have stayed longer - a hidden jewel for sure. One piece of advice that we have for this hotel is that they should offer to sell ice cream as no other facility in all of Minturn has such a place. Overall this was a great stay and could not be happier with our choice.”

”The breakfast was horrible. Put out cereal, and eventually put out a banana. You could tell there was a hot plate, probably for something like eggs or meat? But nothing was put out. Could definitely use a good cleaning and staff that speak English”

”If you are looking for a historic inn, this is the place to stay! It was so quiet that we had to turn on the fan to create some noise. Lovely breakfast with 2 types of quiche, good coffee and a delicious fruit salad. We will be going back to see the famous Redstone Castle and some other attractions in the area!”

”I love staying at Hotel Colorado. It’s unique history and design make for an interesting stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I appreciated that my dog was welcome.”

”Stayed for one night. Room was clan and comfortable. There was two pools, one indoor pool and one outside in the middle of the llodge area. There also was a dry sauna. Breakfast was ok, cofffee and toasts, some yogurt and muffins. ”

”The electronic door to enter the hotel worked only half the time. The hot tub in the pool area was closed for maintenance and seemed to have been closed for quite a while. The pool did not seem to clean so we did not swim, and the smell of chlorine was overpowering. The key card system to our room had issues - it was hard to open the door at times.The carpet in the halls was old. The breakfast was pretty decent.”
