3. The Perch by Tiny Away

Korweinguboora

”The positives: good location for access to Daylesford while still retaining a rural feel, cute tiny home, comfy loft bed, nice property although we didn’t get to see it in its full splendour as it was winter, friendly host, and easy check in. The compost toilet was not too bad, and didn’t smell. What could have been better: some things were not replenished prior to our stay such as dishwashing liquid and matches to build a fire, so our plans for s’mores was a bust. We didn’t bother asking the...

11. Elroma, a grand Federation house with views, spa bath and woodburning heater

Hepburn Springs

”We loved our stay at Elroma. The communication and check in was clear and easy. The home is gorgeous. Quirky decoratively, warm and cosy with everything needed...including a bottle of wine.My adult son, with autism and an ,intellectual disability, can find holidaying tricky. He consistently commented how peaceful and calm the home and garden was. There are a lot of steps down to back yard, fine for us, but good to be aware. The house is otherwise accessible, with a great balcony outside...

12. The Ridge by Tiny Away

Korweinguboora

”Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support. To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...
