”Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room not laid out well, double bed in a corner with luggage rack on the open side. No bar or restaurant, though plenty, a good 10mins walk away! Probably not a good choice for older tourists! Younger travellers may well appreciate “the vibe” more!”

”Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux.”

”The staff was very attentive, the hosts were super gracious and nice. We stayed in the “honeymoon suite” and it was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. The bed is good, but it is on a second floor and the spiral staircase leading there is extremely narrow, windy, wobbly and steep. It is so dangerous. We could not bring a suitcase upstairs and had to go up and down those perilous steps many times. My husband is tall and athletic but it was too risky for him to climb up and down so I did most...

”What a gem of a property not far from any of the sights and activities in Bordeaux! From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat along with how to navigate the city via tram that had a stop right by the hotel. Property had a good morning breakfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size, especially for French standards. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!”

”Absolutely charming and a wonderful surprise! We felt like we were living in our own little home while we were here. Very spacious room (we had deluxe triple) equipped with a decanter of lillet and two glasses! We were greeted by Jeanne who lugged our suitcases upstairs since the room wasn’t ready. Great location on a VERY quaint and quiet street but easy access to all tram lines and two blocks from the river. ”Breakfast is excellent with lot of choices. The shower is designed for people with disabilities but is a bit tricky to use for someone is not. The fire alarm went off at midnight because someone smoked in their room so I guess fire alarm system is functional.”
