”I really enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites Houston. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but overall it felt comfortable and homelike. I’d happily stay here again!”
”The rooms are clean and well set up. My only con was someone was near my car and forced open my charging port late Friday night. Thankfully they just opened my charging port and nothing else. My cameras reflect the male looking at my car as if he was trying to figure out what type of car it was since I dont have my Tesla emblems on the vehicle. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were kind. ”
”This is a great property. We traveled with our two small poodles to attend grandparents day with our grandsons. When was clean, new and very well thought out. We will stay at this property again.”

”This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back.”
”Other than having to change rooms from the 4th to 1st floor because the elevators were not working the stay was seamless. They informed me before we arrived and the 1st floor worked out perfectly, so no problem at check in.the free breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing not to mention we had it to ourselves both days. ”

”Coffee maker didn’t work. Nor did the second one they brought me. No cups in lounge..they’re out I was told. Ice maker not working and fridge hinged the wrong way. I have stayed here a half dozen times…quality is slacking now. ”
