”The problem wasn't the property - they were excellent. It was Expedia taking my money and failing to book the property - half hour phone call required to get this sorted out. The hotel, god love them, upgraded us to a suite to apologise for *Expedia's* error.”

”Room was barely clean whilst half lights not working. Rails to stairs hadn’t been cleaned in ages and covered in grime. At busy times the bar staff were useless more intent on chatting than helping out else where. Food was ok but the breakfast was about the worst I’d had anywhere.
On one good note the chap on night duty was really helpful.”

”This is a very old Inn with oak beams and uneven floors. The facilities were good however the room was unbearably hot. Even though we had 2 fans on we were just covered in sweat as soon as we came out of the shower. It was impossible to sleep.”
