Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the 50 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Baška. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Close to the beach. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
