âGentleman at check-in was awesome. When we came back after hockey and were trying to get ice he came down the hall and let us know where the ice machine on our floor was. Tv not working, hubby called and same man quickly told him how to change input. He was great. However, on checkout, we told a different man the sink had a drip. He took our key and rolled off. â
