”Overall, our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have some dietary restrictions and they made sure to accommodate me. Room view was fabulous, it would be awesome it they had AC or at least a bigger fan in the room and a fan in the sitting area/second room. We also had a bat come in our room and that was terrifying so putting screens on the windows so you can sleep with the windows open would extremely helpful. ”This was a Fantastic experience!! We stayed in the private cabana over the water. Jordania was great! He took care of us the whole time we were there. The food was out of this world. ”What a wonderful stay. We had only booked 2 nights, but extended to 5 nights. The hospitality was amazing, Natalie, Jean, Anna, and Arturo were wonderful. ”Nice hotel in front of one of the nicest beach in Bocas del Toro (Red Frog). Staff is friendly, food is good and at a fair price, and amazing breakfast! They have different options of rooms for every traveler, I traveled with friends and we chose AC rooms with private bathroom and they were very comfortable. They also offer tours which are usually better quality than if you get it in town (Isla Colon). Would go back to El Palmar.”
