”The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. ”

”The location was just far enough away from the busy Bocas Town it made it feel like we were on our own private island. Attractive rooms with the best view and an overall inviting aura. ”Old Bank is a community of contrasts. The Jamaican heritage was great, people generally friendly, and genuine. The downside was the massive piles of garbage strewn along the walkways and ocean.
