”When we checked in the staff could not provide keys to the room. They had a maintenance man walk us to our room and let us in. They said they would have keys ready in a bit. An hour later went to desk and they still did not have them. Left the property came back 4 hrs later and the manager handed me key without saying a word. (Rude)
Get to room try to login to internet and got error and says contact front desk. Called and the manager says well we never really checked you in. 😳. He did something...

”The staff was awesome at the Bastrop Quality Inn. The check in was easy and efficient. I made a last minute reservation at this Quality Inn because of unforseen circumstances at my prior accommodation. I needed a place to do some office work (I'm the Accountant and I needed to do payroll and tax deposits for the previous payroll). The staff at this Quality Inn allowed me a late checkout so I could get the work done. I'm very grateful for this hotel and it's staff!”
