”In our travels, this is the first time a property "by Wyndham" has failed in cleanliness, and upkeep of amenities. The foyer and breakfast room and pool area looked well-kept but beyond that.... elevator carpeted floor and hallway truly awful. What looked like sawdust. A carpenter lives here? Trying to be just. The room: Sour smell, double bed, water stains on ceiling. AC adequate but filter needed cleaning and missing a knob. Bathroom: sink not cleaned, dark something and splatters around...

”Terrible. Booked as they were open late at front desk, arrived and no one was there, another guest was also waiting to check-in. We called multiple times and ran the door bell, finally someone came. Room was terrible, we slept with our own blanket from the car and pillows we luckily had. Waste of money would have rather slept in the car.”

”The room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, which I put up with as I was by myself, but if my wife was with me we would have had to move. Other than that the cottages are nice and we'll equipped.”
