”Clean room, smiling staff”

”The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The pillows are half the size of a normal standard pillow, so bring your own. The shower head barely worked and water pressure was very low. ”

”Tiny amount of water in shower no HOT water so couldn’t shower. Random full sized fridge in our room that was not plugged in and smelled horrid inside. It wasn’t needed since we had a mini fridge. It we found in the am our items all frozen. Smelled horrible in our room and we were uncomfortable with even taking our shoes and socks off. When we checked in the attendant said we hadn’t booked a PET room and after some harassment said we would have to pay almost what we paid for the room for the...

”Very nice and clean hotel ”

”The only things I didn't like were the bed and pillows. Which I guess is pretty important, but the rest was fantastic! Pillows were too big, and bed was too firm. ”

”Loved the shower pressure. The pool and hot tub were closed. ”

”The staff was fantastic. It was very clean. They are under heavy renovation that should be done about April. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. Well done.”

”No coffee make as the room details state. Room was dirty, I had to get Clorox wipes to go over bathroom floor before I would use it. ”

”We chose this specific hotel for the pool. When we arrived the staff told us it was out of order. This was a more expensive hotel, Im sure because the up keep of the pool. It was never communicated when I booked that the pool was out of order. When we arrived there were dark shoes prints on the floor. Also, the toilet had blood under the lid and pubic hair and urine surrounding the base of the toilet.”

”I’ve always stayed at this hotel when I visit Missouri. This time even though my reservation said 1 day the double charged my card for 2 days. ”

”The bar that held the shower curtain was loose from the wall and it made tough for the curtain to stay shut while in the shower. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.”

”Guy checked me in the wrong room and then had me move or pay extra. Wouldn’t be a problem but it was 1am and I was exhausted. The hotel wasn’t even fully booked. ”

”The TV needs to be updated, elevator slow, both of these are not deal breakers. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, the waffles 10/10”
