  • This cute vintage-styled apartment will make your visit to Batesville cozy and comfortable! This spot is centrally located in town, only a couple blocks from the main drag and in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood.

    The apartment features 2 bedrooms with full beds, 1 bath, cozy living room and outfitted kitchen.

    This apartment has two lovely bedrooms with one queen bed and one full/double bed and one bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen shares an open space with the living room and has an stove and oven, microwave, and toaster oven.

    The living room gets plenty of daylight and has a couch and recliners and a smart tv.

    For accessibility purposes, please note that this unit has stairs: there are four steps up to the porch and door.

    This apartment is centrally located near Lyon College and about a half-mile from Historic Main Street in a friendly, quiet neighborhood.

It was clean, very quiet and cozy the kitchen had everything needed to cook, the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was clean and spacious the hot water was perfect, the beds were extremely extremely comfortable and it was very spacious inside the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here again if I need to go back to Batesville I absolutely loved the place!!!

We came in to town for the Christmas lights.Wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was so cheap but we were completely surprised at how much we absolutely loved this little gem! such a cute little place that provided all we needed, but reminded me of memories from my childhood. Quaint two bedroom one bath was perfect for all we needed. We will stay here again.

The unit is as spotless and Tricia was great to work with. This was my 2nd stay and I highly recommend this for your stay beds are comfortable and it’s perfect to unwind and spread out. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything in Batesville.

Our stay with more than pleasurable. We were able to have my brother-in-law's son and wife for the weekend which was what we were looking to have from the very beginning. The apartment was perfect for us thanks so much for having us we'll be back again

The apartment was perfect for my stay. Extremely clean, more than I expected, bed was very comfortable, enough room to unwind. The neighborhood was very quiet. Tricia was very responsive and added many small touches to make me feel welcomed. I will stay there again and highly recommend this to others.

Did not personally meet the host . But had assess if needed anything . Everything there was wonderful. Very clean. Just as it was shone. Coffee and snacks also very quiet . Love it there. It was just like home. Would go back .

I loved the place it was very nice. I did run out of hot water one day in the early morning but otherwise I didn't run out of hot water. The owner is very accommodating. Answered me right away.

Cute yet spacious condo

Well-decorated place with two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open living space and kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen all that much, but everything else was wonderful (and it was great to get out of the southern heat into the nice A/C -- my New-Englander self was happy about that). The host was incredibly helpful and polite, no complaints here!

Everything in the home was perfect except we could not get the tv in the living room to work.and as I contacted the host to ask her about it she never,never called us .or helped ? at all which is disrespectful. We also contacted her to find out if we could possibly check in early she never responded. We did find some where to go but it would have been nice for her to respond. If your going to be a host then be a host. I am still mad. But we were located to to Everything. Stores all kinds a park food places. And her home is a good location. At it was in the middle of where we needed to be which was cave city. And cabot. The place in cabot.was excellent and I will be giving a great review. It is ashame because we did like her home but definitely will not go back because of her negligence.. You need to change your way a a host.as we respected your wishes to take garbage out and towels and sheets be put in laundry basket . Place was immaculate. When we left there. Sincerely Anita
