”Very comfortable property close to Lincoln with easy access to hiking trails (and skiing in winter!). Well equipped unit with nice open kitchen/dining/sitting area with lovely views. You have to carry your luggage up a long-ish flight of steps but that was no issue for us. Owner is super-responsive. Highly recommend!”

”The home is well located near town and clean with great views of Cannon Mountain. When they say rustic, they mean it : with young kids, consider is you’re ok with bees and wasps. We saw a lot inside the home, alive and dead. We were told the following: “While it's not a common occurrence, dead bees or other insects can occasionally appear overnight. ”Eight of us rode the Kanc and used this house as basecamp, we each ranked it five out of five stars. The living room is awesome and with the windows open the sound of the raging river was the icing on the cake. Kitchen and peninsula made socializing while cooking a breeze. The deck and Adirondack style chairs were the perfect place to relax and hang out after our big ride. Clean, fun layout, and exactly what we were hoping for. We will be back!”

”Great time and great accommodations. We had beautiful weather and a porch to enjoy it on. No complaints! Some observations: cleaning service there till 3:25pm, mosquitos pushed us off porch at dusk, trash barrel was full and made difficult to add too without attracting wildlife, something I think you’re trying to avoid.
