Shout out to Maritza's outstanding mangerial expertise, caring and compassion ....the hotel has a level of professionalism and caring, specially for those of us who are hospital families staying close to loved ones at UWMC. Just what the Dr. ordered for patients and caregivers. Beautifully done thank you. PS I really like: The great sheets great bed wonderful kitchen great views...

”Restrooms smelt terrible, no vent in there which caused it to smell like mold & same for the closet a very mildew smell to it. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient as well as no microwave. Having to pay for valet parking at a ridiculous price because they can’t afford to give their guest free parking. Unfortunately the stay was so terrible that we plan to never go to Seattle again or stay at any of the Hilton hotels from now on.”

”The room was clean and the manager was helpful, the night staff was not as professional and I might say on the rude side. I think the problem was the communication or lack of. Is on a main street, the night we stayed we had a lot of traffic and playing loud music.”

”Holes in the rug, piece of foam for a blanket, space between door and frame you could drive through! I would not recommend this place even to a democrat!”
