”We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. ”
”The apartment met my expections. It was a ground level apartment in a townhouse, with plenty of space, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The temperature in the apartment was on the low side, and the keypad lock required a bit of patience and work in entering, but all was clean, functional and as communicated. Bus stop on the main road was just two minutes walk away, which made commuting fluent.”
”awesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you don’t feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. ”

”Cool vibe to the hotel. Staff was very helpful. I wish the extra fees were more clearly stated on the Hotels.com website though. $25/night parking fee and an extra “facility fee” of about another $25 nightly. ”
”It was a nice hotel to stay for family, the inly thing i dont like is around the area wwhen you get out from the parking outside is too narrow and a lot of cars parking on narrow street, to congested. But other than that excellent rooms and we are 8 in one room very convenient.”
”For me it was a perfect stay. I was visiting a friend and it was a ten minute walk from her apartment. It was clean and comfy. The host was responsive and super nice! I recommend it to my friend, if she has any guests coming over that she wants close. I would stay there again! ”
”My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.”
”Decent place in Fremont, far from city center but ok if you're travelling with a car and can't stay downtown. The room was very big and clean, although a bit dated and stuffy. We had a nice view of the Seattle city center from our room. A few buses go to downtown from here and there is also a nice restaurant area within walking distance.”
”The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”
”Ok motel with a friendly staff. Location isn't the nicest, but a bus stop with rapid line e is close by and will take you to downtown. Not the cleanest place but had a kitchen to use. Propably wouldn't stay again (mainly because of the location). Wifi was good.”
”A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed”
”This is definitely a one night spot for me. Access to public transportation was great and convenient food choices near by. But there’s a lot of homeless, druggies and SW in the area. The staff wasn’t unfriendly but definitely didn’t give super welcoming. The bathroom was gross so we didn’t use the shower. Bed was hard as a rock. Overall I would come back for one night in needed but wouldn’t feel comfortable to stay longer than that.”
