Staff excellent but I shouldn’t have to deal with staff if room was in order. They need to sell rooms for the pool. The pool is the ONLY thing going for this place, not open all day. It’s small, not as big as in picture. We booked the premium room, which was not. It was the size or a regular motel room with 2 beds. It had a sink in the middle that was supposed to have a dishwasher. Was an empty space where dishwasher was removed and not replaced. There were two screws poking out that scratch the baby when he went into the space. Aso a huge sticky rat trap with something on top on it sticking halfway out from under the bed. I’m glad the baby didn’t step on it. There was one towel and 2 rags for a two bed room for 4 people. No roaches like other reviews and we didn’t see any rats. The beds and pillows were the worst! The bed I slept in was broke and leaning on one side. I was literally laying all night trying to not roll down out of the bed. It was hard and firm and literally leaning sideways. This room should have never tried to be rigged and rented out. The pillows was so flat it was like not having a pillow. My daughter said the pillows were as flat as their bar of soap. Soap looked like a shaven slither of a hotel bar of soap. At 4:30 I got up and checked under the bed to see what the problem was. The bed was broken and they tried to rig it with a piece of wood they propped under the foot.Only raised it 1 in. Need to keep rooms cheap to rent for swimming only. 50.00 range
