”When I came to the hotel the door was closed and nobody open it . I saw phone number and call to hotel . Hotel man answered to me that they are full and I can do nothing with that . Not even try to find me some other place to stay ... Yes , they send me e mail that they are full but that was at night so I didn’t see that . ”
