”If I could give negative stars, I would. We rented 2 rooms for a busy Expo weekend. At check-in, the hotel wouldn’t accept that we had already paid through Expedia, demanding that we provide a credit card. Every other place was full, so we had no choice. They charged that card but said that the card was declined, and said that we needed another form of payment. So we gave them another card, which they also charged. We found out the next day that both payments went through and we were paying...

”The room was dirty and the bathroom the chair in the room was peeling bad should of been replaced staff all I wanted was a copy of showing to refund my card staff couldn’t provide it”

”This is a tough one. The room itself was clean no issues there but the hallways & the actual property itself was not clean. The hallway looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed ever!! There was no ice in the ice machine. We knew from reading review the breakfast was no hot breakfast or nothing fancy at all but when we went down all that was left was 2 bagels & 2 types of cereal. I tried to get both oj & apple juice & they were empty. So we walked away eating b absolutely nothing for breakfast. For...

”Hotel was weird and felt dirty. We reserved a room with two double beds and they didn’t have any to give us so we had to get a room with one king and a pull out couch. Sucked.”
