Receptionist could have been more attentive and put her personal call on hold while checking me in. Knowing breakfast would only be cold options and not full serve during the weekdays would be helpful. Hard working ppl need warm breakfast. No syrup for waffles. Rooms are beautiful. Washer/dryer out of order. Ieaned on the bed and it rolled right from under me and then had to move it to get to the wall plugs behind the bed. Bed is ultra comfy. The stay was quiet and comfortable. Id definitely stay again.

The room they put me in on arrival Thursday 4/18/2023 (room 108), The TV would not work, I had to pull out the stand and reboot the black box on the wall and unplug the HDMI cable from the bottom HDMI port from the back of the TV, plug it into the top HDMI port, which fixed the TV so it would work. The clock on the nightstand was not plugged in, so I pulled the nightstand out to plug it in and then set the clock. Behind both stands everything was covered with dust and dirty, plus there was popcorn on the floor behind the nightstand. On Friday 4/19 I left around 5:30 a.m. for a couple of hours. When I came back to the room, I put the flip lock on the door, which I always do while I am in a hotel room. Someone tried to open the door, which I thought might be the maid. I got up, unlocked, and opened the door. The lady from the front desk let me know she was concerned they had put someone in that room due to the lock being broken and it would not lock. She informed me the handle outside in the hallway would open without a card key. When I left for the day, I had my card keys in hand, shut the door from the hallway and found I could get into the room without a card key. I let the Manager at the front desk know, she tried to reprogram the lock twice, which did not fix the issue. I asked for another room, which I was able to get, at no extra cost to me. I asked if they had a dolly (cart) which I could use to move my belongings and was told they dolly was broken. I

Upon arrival had to wait for someone to be at front desk. We checked in and our room towel rack, toilet seat and door handle were broken we reported it, and no one never came to fix it. We had no phone in the room, and it was difficulty with turning on the TV.

Elevator doesn’t work, keys don’t work on outer doors. Loud from the expressway. Takes along time to find staff unless it’s 3am and they are hanging in the lobby with friends

6the pool was broken ice cold pool light sitting on the outside edge of pool stains all over carpets fighting in halls and not one staff member tried to stop it .the hotel looks like at one point it was a nice place but it looks very run down and not well maintained

The property is very very dirty, rundown, in need of repair, and the staff is not accomodating. The property DOES NOT OFFER BREAKFAST OR EVEN COFFEE IN THE LOBBY. The toilet ran constantly even after jiggling the handle. The door didnt lock or unlock properly. The handles in the shower were broken. The remote for the TV didnt work. The heat and AC was extremely noisy and didnt keep an ambient temperature. The list goes on and on.

Went to check in and staff was no where around when there were 5 people waiting to check in as well. Finally after 15-20 minutes finally showed up but were Was wearing regular clothes didn’t know it was a staff member. Shower knob falling off and woke up to a cockroach crawling up the wall. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Room had tiles falling off and the tub took over an hour to fill. The hotel had no ice in any machine. The pool was advertised as heated but the element was broken and laying next to the pool. The person checking out in front of me was also unsatisfied. If I thought I would have been able to get a refund in time to get another hotel I've probably would have but I knew a refund would take days and that would cut my vacation fund down quite a bit.

I checked in around 10pm on Friday night on 3/16/2024 there was hair all over both beds, the tub was dirty and clogged up! The floors were dirty. I need to be refunded! I showed pictures and videos to the front desk staff. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my dog!!!
