”Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things:
1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to.
2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day.
3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome.
4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal.
5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity.

”From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay exceeded expectations. The setting is stunning, the service is sincere and professional, and the overall experience feels exclusive yet very comfortable.
The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were complete. Breakfast and food quality were excellent. The team made the stay feel very personal and welcoming.

”This place is beautiful. Friendly staff, delicious food. This is a luxury experience, living among elephants. This property has 24 elephants that are well taken care of; each elephant is handled with care, feed well, washed daily, and treated with dignity. From every room, you can see the elephants. Its such a treat; treat yourself to escape to paradise. ”

”The hotel is a great resort and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We are a family with a 16 yo daughter and an 11 yo son and we stayed in the family suite, which had two separate bedrooms. The hotel is situated close to the airport and there are good shopping opportunities close by. We mostly ate at the hotel and the food was good, after 8 nights, the menus became a bit too familiar, but that is to be expected. We especially liked Ikan by the sea, which had very friendly staff. ”The resort is quite new and everything is in great shape. Having a private plunge pool is very nice. I love the high ceiling in the room and decor is lovely. Beds were comfortable and linens good quality. Ordering dinner - had to order in advance (1 hour minimum) but food was great and service was also excellent. Massage - there is only one room with two tables so my friend and I were in the same room and only about a foot apart. The massage was just okay. Road to get in is very narrow...
