Holiday Cottage 'Le Refuge Salin', Duplex with Courtyard between La Baule and Le Croisic

Le Refuge Salin is a holiday cottage of about 45 m², 300 m from the station, 400 m from the nearest shops, 500 m from Batz-sur-Mer centre and 950 m from St Michel beach. Easy to reach, it offers outdoor parking on the property or in the enclosed courtyard. Enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors and beautiful sunsets over the bell tower.



On the ground floor, the courtyard entrance opens into a fully equipped living area with a kitchen and separate toilet. Upstairs are a large bedroom, a shower room, storage, a music corner and space for an extra bed for a third guest in the same room. Beds are single (90 x 200 cm) or double (180 x 200 cm). Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory.



Amenities include an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, plancha grill, fan and more. A shared room is available for laundry. Most equipment is new.



You will be fully independent, and a key safe allows late arrivals.



A TER regional train serves Le Croisic or St Nazaire via Le Pouliguen, La Baule and Pornichet. Batz-sur-Mer has plenty to offer: salt marshes, a mill, beaches and coves, a rugged coastline and coastal paths, local culinary specialities and Breton roots.
