Holiday Home “Ancien Moulin” with Private Terrace and Garden

Located in Baugé-en-Anjou, the Ancien Moulin holiday home is a former mill of 180 m² beside a small pond, set on 2 hectares of greenery surrounded by poplars. The property accommodates up to 6 guests in 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. For optimal comfort, it is ideally recommended for 4 to 5 people. On the ground floor, you will find a 50 m² living room with fireplace, a 25 m² kitchen and dining area, and a 25 m² bedroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, and the bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include 3 double beds (140x190) and 3 single beds (90x190). The fully equipped kitchen features a filter coffee maker. You also have satellite TV, a washing machine, and step-free indoor access.



Outside, enjoy the private flowered garden and the uncovered private terrace, furnished with a parasol and armchairs. A private barbecue is at your disposal for outdoor meals. A rowboat is provided for use on the pond. The setting offers a bucolic atmosphere with aquatic wildlife, dragonflies, kingfishers, frogs, and ducks.



Please note that mobile coverage can be inconsistent indoors, but 4G is generally available outside. Wi-Fi is not provided, making it ideal for a peaceful break.



Only children who can swim are accepted due to the proximity of the pond. At least 3 parking spaces are available on site. Please note that events are not permitted.
