"This apartment is about as centrally located as possible in Baunei. (Pronounced Bau - Nay: Your'e welcome!) It is only a 2 minute walk to the central square. Both bedrooms had AC which was a lifesaver during the July 2023 heatwave. It is otherwise very well shaded on a narrow street so most of the year is probably not necessary. "We were a group of 5 adults and the house was perfect for our stay. The location was great and walking distance to several grocery stores, restaurants and a lovely wine shop. Lordana was very helpful recommending restaurants, beaches and other nearby attractions. Very much appreciated!"

"Everything was perfect! We stayed at many places but this one was outstanding. Location, equipment, check in, garden, veranda, communication, sweets at arrival, cleanliness, decoration, comfort of bed, silent air conditioning, ambiance. Would stay there longer. Only downside was the occasional cut in wifi service but we had been warned. Very grateful for this vacation!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, fridge and washing machine were good quality, the air conditioning helped cool down on a hot day. The outdoor shower was very helpful for getting the sand off of the kids before they went in to the apartment. The location being just a few walking minutes away from the best view of the sunrise was a super bonus. All in all, we were happy with our stay there and would gladly come back."

"This lovely property was perfect for our stay in October, especially the outdoor seating areas with views of the sea. My only minor comment would be that although it is really near the sea - about 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk - the description of a few steps is a bit optimistic! The highlight of the area for us was the fantastic Berchida beach"

"La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Il a fait très chaud (> 45 degrés) pendant quelques jours et nous avons utilisé la climatisation (supplément de 50 euros non précisé dans le descriptif). Environnement verdoyant, bonne proximité de la plage et des commerces. Rez de chaussée habité. Bon accueil effectué par Marco de la société All 4 Sardinia et non par Alessandro! "Casa molto vivibile, dentro e fuori, curato e ordinato, ideale per stare tranquilli, mare a 10 minuti a piedi. In ogni angolo della casa ci sono prese di corrente, non servono prese multiple per caricare i cellulari."

"Luogo stupendo per chi ama la tranquillità e l'Ogliastra la casa si trova a circa 3 km dal mare ma in una splendida valle ,tenuta in maniera perfetta con arredi di buon gusto l'ospitalità e la cortesia sono di casa, non fatevi influenzare dalla pista di go-kart adiacente alla struttura perchè non invade in nessun modo la pace del luogo. "We had an enjoyable week staying at this family friendly villa, which is well located between the beach and Orosei, and within striking distance of Mount Tiscali and Gola di Gorropu. "Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

"Stayed 10 nights here and used it as a base. It was a lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Communication with Stefano was really easy and he was responsive. We managed to get through even though we don't speak Italian very well!!!! Location was good. A short walk down the hill and there were lots of eateries, gelateries, and a lovely beach. The beach at tancau is also within walking distance. We absolutely loved sardinia. And will be going back as soon as we can. I would happily stay at...
