”Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again.”

”Our room had a noticeable smell to it, and there was a cockroach in the middle of the floor when we woke up in the morning. The lady at the front desk was nice, but it was confusing because there’s two comfort suites directly across from the parking lot from each other. Overall, the hotel just didn’t seem clean.”

”There's not enough parking but it was very well kept and there's a cash deposit that I never seen anything about and wasn't aware of until I checked in but you get it back at checkout”

”The property is generally nice for a simple short stay. It sometimes gets noisy and have some people smoking cigarettes and weed around the rooms, so that can get someone uncomfortable and to me it’s the major downside.”

”Very few dishes and only 1 fork. Had to stop at dollar tree and buy some glasses. Good ice maker and full size fridge. No housekeeping service for us since we were staying a week and I guess they don't come until you leave. Only 1 towel per person. My husband stopped by front desk and requested a couple new ones (our were soaked after multiple uses) but they didn't have any clean ones so they said they would bring some and never did. ”This is an older hotel that offers low rates compared to many of the other hotels in the area. The room was comfortable and seemed to be very clean.”

”Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.”
