VAU! Lake View JA Lake Access hiljattain remontoitu kaunis koti

Tämä hiljattain remontoitu talo Center Hill Lake on 3 kylpyhuoneet ja 3 makuuhuonetta ja nukkuu 10 mukavasti (12 käyttäen muisti-vaahtomuovi ulosvedettävä). Useimmissa talouksissa Center Hill Lake sinun täytyy valita näkymä järvelle ja pääsy järvelle. Täällä on upea näköala, ja olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä järvestä uimiseen tai veneluiska. Keittiössä on kaikki uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet (astianpesukone mukaan lukien), jossa on 5-polttouuni ja suuri graniitti-saari - hieno viihdyttävä. Upea keittiöpöytä on valmistettu regeneroituneesta barnwood-puintialueesta ja mahtuu helposti 10 aikuiselle. Makuuhuoneessa on uusi parisänky ja päällikkö kylpyamme liukuva lasiovi sisäänkäynnin kannelle.

Toisessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on uusi kuningatar muisti vaahto patja ovella toisessa yläkerran kylpyamme.

Toinen kuningatar muisti-vaahto vetää ulos yläkerran sohvalta, joten purista toinen kahdesta, jos haluat!

Koko alakerta on täysin uusi ja urheilu pelihuone, jossa on foosball, korttipöytä ja skeeball. Yksi seinä on peitetty regeneroidusta barnwoodista, ja siinä on suuri poikkipinta kahdella lepotuolilla. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä; Yksi on täysi patja pohjassa, kaksi päällä ja toinen on kuningatar pohjaan ja kaksinkertainen XL päälle. Kerrossängyt ovat käsin muotoiltuja keräyspalkista. Alakerran kylpy on turhamaisuus myös käsin muotoiltu takaisin talteenotettu barnwood ja täysi kylpyamme / suihku.

Sinulla on pääsy ei-maksu veneluiska (ramppi ei ole kuljettanut) vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä ja omaisuus on hyvin veneen ystävällinen - siellä on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa ja ajotieltä kulkee kokonaan talon ympärillä joten älä välitä tiukasta liikkumisesta !

On laadukas puistomainen hiiligrilli hämmästyttävä grillata.

Rakastat talomme ja et voi voittaa paikkaa; Upeat näkymät eristäytyneestä vetäytymisestä metsään. Täällä ei ole mahdotonta rentoutua.

Perfect off the grid getaway!

These guys should be rated super hosts. Jason is the best host! Neighbors are super friendly and down to earth. Amazing views of the lake from the porch. Great downstairs game room for the kids with their own fridge and bath. Pro tips: go on the 4th and be a part of the neighborhood firework show! And bring your boat! 300 yards to water/boat drop, room to park it on property…Golfers? Play Honky Tonk National - amazing course and a great hidden gem about 30mins away (bring a bunch a balls to lose in the ravines! ;))

Jason was a very nice host. The house had room for all 9 of us and the kids loved the game room. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and the covered patio was our favorite place. We were even there for the northern lights! We will be returning in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Lake house at Minelick Creek

We loved staying here. The house was roomy enough for everyone. The kids and adults loved the basement with all the games. The porch view is great. The worm that come in downstairs are annoying but that can’t be helped being at the lake. Kitchen was well supplied. Jason was a great host. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Lake trip

We were surprised to see all the houses/trailers surrounding the property...It was ok but the pictures advertising property didn't really show any of that. it was nice and quiet though, except for the cute dog who barked at us, but it was not everyday. The owners were great about everything, they made sure we had everything we needed, and the home was beautiful. I would love to go back on a spring day with my family because they didn't get to enjoy the lake at all. The day we spent at Burgess Falls was the best day. Other than that, I have no complaints. The trip wasn't as enjoyable because we didn't plan well...nothing to do with the owners or property itself.

Cozy & quiet

House was cozy & well stocked didn’t find us needing anything. Very surprised by the mattresses - typically that’s my biggest complaint whether it’s a house rental or hotel but the mattresses were VERY comfortable (usually my back is screaming by the time it’s time to go home!) only negative thing I can say is that the main bathroom knob doesn’t latch let alone lock - slight brush would push the door wide open - but there were two other bathrooms that did latch & lock so it wasn’t a real issue. Would recommend & use again. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Definitely Recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Jason’s vacation home. He was a responsive host and super helpful. The house is huge and we had plenty of space for 3 families. It was so nice for each family to have our own bathroom. We used the community boat ramp every day and there was plenty of parking area for us to park at the house. The lake is amazing, 5 days and I don’t think we even explored it all!

Exactly what we were expecting!

Great quiet, relaxing experience. We had a wonderful time swimming, kayaking, and of course fishing. Teens and kids (and possibly a few adults ;) had a wonderful time with the gaming room and T.V.s. Just be prepared this is a very quiet area and be sure to pick up groceries (which we did) when traveling in.

Perfect place for relaxing!

We had such a wonderful time staying in your home. The location is so peaceful and relaxing. The lake is beautiful and wasn’t crowded. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking on the lake. We also filled the week hiking at nearby waterfalls that were simply gorgeous. Thank you Jason!!

Beautiful

This place is as shown in the pictures. The house itself was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all you need to have home cooked meals. We loved the lake! We put our boat in at Cookville Marina and kept it there for a few days. We then drove it by water to the neighborhood boat ramp. The neighborhood boat ramp has some big rutts in it which could use some maintenance. Other than that it was a very convenient to have the boat right there when you wanted to go out for an evening ride/fishing trip. I would recommend getting groceries on your way in because once you get there you don't really want to drive back out. We had a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for our purposes!

Roomy, well laid out house, perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids, sometimes together and sometimes space! Comfy furniture upstairs and downstairs. The large “dining” table was great for game playing as well as eating. Decorating was well done and gratefully simple (and not loaded with knicky knacks with curious kiddos 😉; upstairs bathrooms not updated but clean and roomy.) Downstairs bunk bedroom was great! Air hockey, foosball and skeeball enjoyed by everyone. The porches were comfy with a view of the lake and enjoyed by adults as well as kids! Really enjoyed our stay!
