”I was disappointed with my stay at Parc 55. The check-in experience got things off to a poor start. I had requested a room on the 9th floor, but instead I was assigned an accessible room, even though there were clearly other standard rooms available. My friends checked in right after me around 3:00 p.m. and were given better rooms, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Unfortunately, the problems continued throughout my stay. My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when I checked in, and...
