”This recently updated hotel—so new you can even smell the new paint every now and then—is downright beautiful, well-appointed, clean, and spacious, with new furniture, flooring, bathrooms, etc.! And it's right in the heart of everything in downtown Oakland, just steps away from great restaurants and BART and bus connections. I will definitely stay here again!!!”

”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...

”Faculty was very posivitive and professional. The atmosphere of the whole hotel was relaxed and warm. Good to have parking places just in front of main doors. Everything was correct.”

”KD was very polite and respectful, and very attentive to our needs. He forgave us on the hair color stain on the pillowcase, it was accidentally smeared as I just got my hair dyed a couple of days ago when we checked in. The lady that took care of the room upkeep was very nice too. I think the hotel has just been renovated, and now been operated as a family owned business. I will consider staying here in this hotel again when I visit back Vallejo”
