”Everything very nice ”

”Stayed one night because of flight issue, clean, strong shower water pressure, free shuttle bus every 15 minutes to and back SFO airport”

”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...
