”Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. ”

”Situated in an area where one would expect to pay more, within walking distance to Chinatown and Union Square. A few, minor improvements are needed: poor heating, blinds don’t block enough sunlight, sleeper sofa is extremely small, and both the sofa and bed could be more comfortable. Biggest downfall are no hot water (tepid at best), loud outdoor traffic. On the plus side, management replies quickly and rooms are clean”

The listing makes the rooms look clean, but they’re disgusting and ours had a window leading to a ledge right outside the window that anyone could have come onto and broken in. No hot water, even after running it for five minutes. No Wi-Fi. Rude manager.”

”We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee.”

It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet.
