”Parking spots are TIGHT all spaces sat compact car but everyone had compact SUV also breakfast was great but it wasn't enough seating. Some patrons were occupying tables being on phones an computers or just chatting with each other so i had too take the kids breakfast to go”

”Very nice property with relaxing atmosphere. Check in and check out was easy with friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Walking around the property during evening hours was very relaxing. Only negative was the window shaking airplane noise for like an hour in the morning. This seemed like a daily scheduled air force training of some sort. 15 minute drive to downtown and other interesting areas. Beaches along the roads of the bay were very nice. We will come back to this place when...

”King bed was clean an in good shape. The property was likely a high-end one, but now everything seems one use from failure. The elevator that connects all levels was broken. I was assigned to a room with someone in it and my coworkers room wasnt ready for 3 hrs after checkin. The restaurant ignored me for a half hr before getting to me. I will not return.”

”This was our second trip to Paradise Point! We had a great stay again! Brought our senior dog on our first trip last year as his last big vacation and all of us (my husband, me, our son, & 12 year old fur baby) had a great stay. Lots to walk around and see, fun to feed the ducks. Great pools & great food. This stay was for our son’s 6th birthday! We had a great time once again & will definitely be back again for his 7th. ”

”The room with the bathtub was in the accessible floor and wasn't kept well. The phone did not work and we had to walk up everytime to the lobby for anything we needed. We told them about the phone but it was never fixed. The maintenance person said they were going home and never followed up on that. The hallway and general condition of the room was not good. The breakfast however was really good. that made a difference to an otherwise not so great stay. Staff were super helpful in other areas,...

”The breakfast was limited, rarely had milk for the cereal, ran out of eggs had to wait to bring the eggs.”

”Stayed on the second floor of two floors. No elevator access where we stayed. Had to take our stroller up and down stairs every time we left. Pool restaurant and bar closed at 5pm. Pool is salt water and not heated. Beautiful resort and very well maintained. Staff were fantastic. Recommend for anyone with kids, San Diego Zoo and Sea World we’re about a $15 Lyft away. $45 Resort fee per day is ridiculous because it is taxed at 15%”

”Our stay was good. The hotel is fair, the room was clean and breakfast was quite limited. We loved the pool and hot tub. The location was great. The staff were nice & kind. The hotel was packed for the week and breakfast was not being replenished with 25mins left for breakfast. Construction of the hotel was being done but it did not bother us. We would possibly stay again in the future. ”
