Tämä seesteinen Bay Front House on upeimmat näkymät rannalle ja tarjoaa kaikkein tärkein kalastus koko Sargent. Tervetuloa Double Trouble. Tämä tyylikäs koti uudistettiin vuonna 2018 ja on täydellinen pakopaikka, joka sijaitsee aivan Intracoastal Waterwayn varrella.

Yksi kohokohdista tämän vuokra on kaksi yksityistä kalastus laiturit varustettu BRIGHTEST kalastus valot kaupungissa tarjoaa erinomaiset kalastus koko yön taimen, punaiset kala, kampela ja monet muut kalalajit! Telakka on upouusi custom rakennettu katettu kala puhdistus-asema sähkö, vesi ja pesuallas.

Sargent tunnetaan poikkeuksellisesta sivuttain ja tämä alue on ladattu! Meillä on useita rapuja ansoja omaisuutta voit käyttää ja nauttia! Et voi lyödä rapujen kiehua rannalla!

Iltaisin on erityisen hauskaa katsella auringonlaskua ja delfiinejä uimaan sisätiloissa samalla kun rentoudut ylellisiin patiohuonekaluihin.

On huippuluokan propaani grilli ja normaali hiiligrilli käytettävissä ulkona ruoanlaittoon.

Tämä upea koti tarjoaa kaksi makuuhuonetta ja yksi täysi kylpyamme! Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä kerrossänkyä. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysikokoinen kerrossänky, jossa on erillinen astinlauta. Vuodepaikka-sohvalla on täysikokoinen vetäytymisvuode. Se on yhteensä 8 vuodepaikkaa! Kaikissa sängyissä on lakanat, tyynyt, tyynyliinat ja peitteet. Tämä koti nukkuu 10 vierasta. DirecTV tarjotaan.

Keittiö on täysin varusteltu kaikella, mitä mahdollisesti tarvitset; kuten jääkaappi, liesi, uuni, astianpesukone, kattilat, pannut, astiat, ruokailuvälineet, keittovälineet, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, lasit ja paljon muuta.

alakerrassa varasto on täysi pesukone, kuivausrumpu ja erillinen jääkaappi voit käyttää ja nauttia. Hotellissa on myös pieni lastenallas, rantaleluja ja boogie-laudat, joita voi nauttia talossa tai rannalla loman aikana Double Trouble -hotellissa.

Definitely a repeat customer

This is the second time we have rented this house for a vacation and I give it 5 stars. The house is clean, has all the supplies and amenities you need. The fishing is also great. We caught a variety of fish including a huge stingray, sand trout, croaker, whiting, and red and very large black drum. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time going down the slide. We are already planning our third trip. This is my favorite vacation spot at the coast by a landslide! Owners are super friendly and someone comes and cleans the pool during the stay to ensure top notch cleanliness.

House was little smaller than i had imagined but it ended up being ok because we spent all day at the pool and fishing the house comes with so many activities to do. there's plenty of places to sleep. I'd definitely book again.

Great location for fishing and fun

We took 5 teenage girls down to Sargent for our daughter's birthday. They had a blast hanging in the pool and fishing off the dock. In spite of 100 degree days, the evenings and nights were absolutely perfect with the breeze coming off the Gulf. You can tell this area sustained a fair amount of damage from Hurricane Beryl, but everything at the house was clean and in working order. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cool at night. For folks who like to fish and bring boats, this location is conveniently located close to boat ramps, bait shops, and plenty of good fishing areas. Quick tip: If you ever see a food truck down by the boat ramp at the corkscrew bridge called something like "Rolling Bayou Boil", its great. We had boiled shrimp and crab clusters Saturday night and it was excellent. We can't wait to come back.

Review for a "Non Stay"

This house was damaged by Hurricane Beryl and we were unable to stay there. Travis was absolutely wonderful to work with on getting our refund. He is a very honest person who immediately let me know the house was uninhabitable due to the damage, no power and no water. In fact he was far easier to deal with then VRBO. Our entire group hopes to go this house sometime in the future.

Perfect Getaway

We decided to do a last-minute trip for Mother’s Day. This was the perfect place. My kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room on the piers for multiple people to fish. The area that the house is in is quiet and not a far drive from bait shops or the beach.

Thanksgiving Trip

This location is good just not exactly what we expected. Great fishing spot the kids really enjoyed the outside facilities. The interior of the property is dated and in need of some upgrades. We spent several days with no lights in the bathroom and had to use the facilities via flashlight which was less then ideal for the price per night. Overall not a bad stay but could definitely use some upgrades to the interior

The house is much smaller than pics show it as. The fishing was not good. The patio lights would not work, the light in downstairs bathroom did not work, messaged the owner and didn't get a reply until the next day and was told that he would try to get the handyman to come check it out, needless to say never seen the handyman. The downstairs bathroom had sewer smell anytime water ran in it. The fire pit was over half full of burnt vegetable cans, beer cans and broken bottles. The fishing lights were temperamental. The price paid for this property is too much.

Everything was perfect from the location to the pool we had everything we needed for our getaway the fishing was phenomenal we had a fishing charter booked that was minutes away and never ran out of things to do at the house from fishing to relaxing in the pool it definitely didn’t disappoint the only thing that would have improved the stay was a little bit more comfortable beds but it wasn’t bad for a few day stay thanks for the great time and we will definitely stay again

Perfect Spot

The house is cute, has everything it needs for a good time. The pool was a hit, we've stayed here previously but this was the first year since the pool was added. Fishing is fun, set up is perfect. Bedrooms have their own AC units for those that need to sleep at a specific temperature like me. I wish there were more outdoors lights for nighttime fun, but didn't hinder us from enjoying ourselves.

Perfect vacation getaway for the kiddos and those who love to fish

This has been our favorite gulf coast vacation getaway place by far. The house is perfect, especially if you have kids. Ours had their own bunk beds and absolutely loved that. The pool was fantastic and that’s where the kids spent most of their time while the adults fished from the dock. The distance between the pool and dock is short so it is easy to monitor the kids and fish at the same time. Speaking of fishing, it was phenomenal (and even in the August heat). We caught croaker, whiting, gafftop, hardhead, speckled trout, sand trout, mangrove snapper, stingray, black drum, redfish, flounder, spot, blacktip shark, ladyfish, stone crab and blue crabs all from the dock. The breeze was nice and cool the entire time so it made the August heat tolerable. The kids also played mini golf between swimming. That is such a nice addition to the property. The owner was responsive and even had someone come and check the pool to ensure it remained clean during our stay. There are 4 fishing lights and that brought in tons of trout. The water looked as if it was boiling with fish. We were catching trout on every cast and most casts brought in two at a time. The second dock was really nice too as it allowed us all plenty of fishing room. We will definitely be a repeat customer.
