Tule paeta kanssamme viehättävään yhteisöömme, Sargent, TX! Tämä kaunis kaksitasoinen rantahotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella Caney Creekillä!
Koti sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla monille ulkoiluaktiviteetteille, kuten kalastukseen, veneilyyn, lintujen tarkkailuun ja paljon muuta. Jotkut parhaista kalastuksesta !! Upea ulkotila, tonnia terasseja ja iso piha. Istu kannella illalla viileällä juomalla ja nauti upeista näkymistä tai kerro tarinoita palokammion ympärillä!
Tässä viiden (5) makuuhuoneen, kahden (2) kylpykylän kodissa on avoin oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, hyvin varustettu keittiö ja huomiota kaikkiin yksityiskohtiin, jotta vierailustasi tulee nautinnollinen. Talo voi nukkua 15 ihmistä mukavasti (tähän sisältyy 2 vierasta mukavalla kuningatar ilmapatjalla, joka tarjotaan, tai voit tuoda oman).
Tämä koti on jaetun tason koti, joka tarjoaa useille perheille tilaa, jota he voivat tarvita. Kodin ylemmällä tasolla on kolme makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on king-vuode ja muissa kahdessa queen-vuode. Tälle tasolle kuuluu myös lasten parvi, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Käytettävissä on myös kuningatar räjäyttää patja. Alemmalla tasolla on oma sisäänkäynti ja oma kahvila, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja toisessa on kolme erillistä vuodetta.
Kotiin kuuluu alakerrassa iso tuuletie ja runsaasti kannettavaa tilaa rentoutua varjossa. Tuulet puhaltavat tuulta kautta ja takaavat miellyttävän sää jopa lämpimimpinä päivinä.
Pääsy julkiseen veneluiskaan, joka on sekunnin päässä talosta. Kävele kauniilla rannalla ja todista kaunista auringonlaskua ja nousua täällä Sargentissa.

Visiting family nearby

Great trip visiting my husband’s parents who live nearby. Plenty of room for lots of siblings and cousins. Very cute decor and plenty of amenities like paper products and towels. Great communication with property manager.

Beautiful property

The place was beautiful, great location and quiet neighborhood. However, we paid for early check-in (for 1pm instead of 4pm) and we didnt get checkin info till almost 3pm. Also, after looking for 15 minutes we FINALLY found the lockbox. Once inside and turn kitchen light on...ROACH! We however ended up having a great time. Once back home i reached out about our issues, with pictures, and was only told, "so sorry, it happens" basically. I have stayed in many homes along the coast and this was the 1st time with these issues and the response i got was just icing on the cake i suppose.

Fun on the Creek

This was a great property to entertain. The porches were absolutely the best part about it. We spent our days swimming in the creek and hanging out on the porches. The house was clean and decorated to perfection. When you walk in you felt like you were at home. The beds were so comfortable! The bedding and pillows were great. The one thing I would change is the parking situation. This house sleeps 15 people which means more than likely there will be multiple families sharing. There is only enough room for 4 cars.

Great getaway house.

My family and I had a great time at this property. This property has lots of character. The kitchen was fun to cook in and there are several games to play for young and old. We took our boat and had a great time on the water. Will definitely book this property again!

Family fishing vacation

This location was really nice, but there were a few things that were misleading from the VRBO add. The grass was not mowed and VERY tall. We ended up finding a blower on the upper deck & had to blow the whole property because of all the build up of leaves dirt. There were 2 rooms downstairs that had no entry to the actual house which is not described in the info for this house. We went on a vacation wanting to spend time as a family yet we had to separate part of the family because no where in the description did it say these 2 rooms are completely separate from the house. I had questions about lights that weren't working and as soon as we got to the property I no longer had communication with the lady I did my contract with so I guess once your there your on your own. Figure it out! The location is perfect the actual house was very clean and beautiful! There were some things about this house that were a surprise and let down when we got there. Other than that it was great we really enjoyed ourselves.

Relaxing Family Getaway

A wonderful property. Well maintained and plenty of space for a large family group. Excellent choice if you want to sit back, relax, fish and throw out the crab traps. We had an excellent time. It was just what we needed - to slow down and enjoy each other.

Better than the pictures!

This house was PERFECT for our family getaway. The home accommodated all ages and pets. We were so thankful for the full pantry and refrigerator condiments! The beds were very comfortable as well. If you have kids or pets, look no further! The home was “baby proof” and the upstairs deck had two gates that lead to the stairs which was SO helpful with a toddler and two dogs. We enjoyed are stay and hope to be back soon!

Fun weekend getaway

Only 1 1/2 hours from Katy, this was a very weekend spot. We fished from the dock. The children were delighted by the 4 varieties of swings and the hideaway loft. They want to go back again.

Fun Fun Fun

We had such a wonderful fun time with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The property is beautiful and had so much for the kids to do. We enjoyed fishing, ping pong, the fire pit, and the watering hole. Our grandchildren set up a store at the bar and sold us crackers and Powerade. They loved it!! None of us wanted to leave and are already planning to come back. Thanks for the wonderful family place to visit.

Fabulous way to spend a 50th Birthday

Property was wonderful! Plenty of room for 3 couples and our son. Fishing was good, smaller fish but still fun to catch! Beautiful view from the deck!!

The house is amazing, very well kept and beautiful. We have stayed in many houses but this one by far is our favorite. The only complaint is the mesquite problem but that is out of the control of the property owner. Highly recommend this house for your home away from home on your vacation!!
