”Location is great, sauna, pool, spa was a plus and we did love this feature and use it daily. Our room was needing some tlc unfortunately and did not impress. Brocken blinds, outdoor funiture very worn, couches were old and need to be refurbed or replaced and the carpet was so stained and looked terribly dirty and old. We loved there was a washing machine but then no clothes rack to dry clothes. Having to hang all over the dinning furniture to dry them was a challenge when needing to eat a...

”New hotel in excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Spacious room. Roof top restaurant was excellent. Currently hard to find as the local city council has not allowed them to put up their sign on the building and there are no street numbers posted. ”

”Location is perfect and area is very nice. Room is a bit outdated. Biggest reason for 3-star is the cleaning service. We stayed 7 nights and room was never cleaned properly. Only towels were changed. Some days they didn’t even make the bed.”

”Had to chase up Motel for after hours details for entry and key for room. Front door of room seemed to have a fist sized dent - air con was very old and rattled very badly so had to turn off. Could not open front window for air flow and small window in bathroom had locks and after front door issue did not feel safe to open”

”Stayed couple nights before a flight and if you do have a flight from Adelaide in early morning, this is the perfect place as it takes two minutes to walk from the hotel to the terminal. Staff is super friendly and helpful and you also have an option to check in / out yourself with the automated kiosk. For breakfast I suggest to eat at the airport as the selection is not too massive and many things are finished all the time and you need to ask yourself to refill them.”

”This hotel is centrally located, and the heritage and historic elements are very interesting. However, it is way overpriced for the experience. We arrived quite late (about 9pm) and had a less than enthusiastic welcome from reception staff, which I would describe as professional but chilly. The room was spacious but the decor is depressing; I recognise they are trying to retain the historic aspect but the furniture is dark and uninspiring. One of the bathroom tumblers still had toothpaste...
