”Unfortunately, the room we were assigned did not meet expectations for several reasons. We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which resulted in a significant amount of water leaking from under the shower curtain across the bathroom floor. The bathroom tile also showed signs of neglect, including loose tiles and missing grout. Additionally, the shower head holder was broken and held in place by a hair clip. The furniture in the room was in poor condition; the bed was uncomfortable and...

”Hot tub was barley warm .and not enough ventilation in pool area..could at least leave entrance door for pool room open a bit to let air flow since ceiling is so low ..”

”Pool was closed without notifying and they wouldn’t let us sit in lobby after 10pm to watch Olympics. We had to go to workout room which was the only thing open. Booooo! So we walked and drank on the treadmill- very safe! 😂 dumb”

”We really enjoyed our time at tundra Lodge. I do think they could do some upgrading on some things but nothing fancy. I think you should also include some type of discount at one of the restaurants in the area or offer some type of breakfast even if it’s a small amount of choices, just something.”

”The room was alright, beds could be more comfortable and need bedspreads,or better blankets. The cards for the room door worked that night, but by the morning neither card would open the room door. They also have a common area ,but don't even offer coffee. ”
