Our Tiny Cottage reflects our eclectic lifestyle. There’s nothing boring here. Not a hotel and we’re not owned by a hedge fund/Giant investors. Experience , rural Mississippi settlement. Don’t expect a resort experience. It’s a small, coastal funky location. The woods have critters, bugs and humidity. The Tiny Cottage will provide a relaxing base camp for exploring the coastal communities, Casinos, Fishing Charters, kayaking or visiting Gulfport, Biloxi. New Orleans is an hour drive.
The space.

If your are traveling for work and require several weeks or months, just ask for the dates you require. We have several properties available.

PLEASE READ all details and DON’T have the wrong expectations!!!! Our cleaning staff follows strict CDC cleaning guidelines. No share AC units ,Be safe don’t stay in hotels or motels. We love our little Tiny Home. It works as a “get away” from our busy lives, we hope it will be the same for you! Couples love our serine location for the quiet, private, relaxing, charming and convenient experience!

Please read this detailed description, we want to meet your expectations! This is NOT an upscale hotel with room service! Yet, It’s an updated Tiny Cottage 300 square ft on stilts and with only 6 steps up. We are a true “tiny home” with plenty of elbow room. Enjoy your coffee or tea or a large breakfast in the full kitchen. Enjoy a novel or book on the cozy furnishings that remind you of the old Mississippi Gulf Coast. Make this your home away for a few days or several winter weeks in a central location while you go explore the little towns along the gulf coast. Venture out to New Orleans, Biloxi both are within an hours drive.

Our charming Tiny House is 300 square feet in size and 6 steps up. It is NOT handicapped accessible.

Accommodations are for 2 adults in a Queen bed. One or two people only.

-No package or mail delivery while staying with us. Make arrangements for a PO Box, UPS, FedEx or an Amazon locker.

Due to the health and safety reasons of any guest and host (pet hair and dander). We do not allow any pets of any kind.

Additional information:

*It has a queen-size bed in the private bedroom, no doors.

*bathtub and shower, but it’s a tight. What you would expect in a Tiny House. It’s a true flushing toilet.

* Tiny Cottage is in a rural part of Bay Saint Louis in a blue collar enclave.

* Some days you will get some military aircraft landing at Stennis and the nearby airfields.

* If you use the campfire circle, please make sure that the fire is extinguished with water completely.

*Other features are:

-5 minutes to sandy beaches.

-1 hour drive to NOLA, the French Quarter or the Superdome.

* Shopping and casinos. 45 minutes to Biloxi.

*shopping is about 20 minutes down 90, the road has grocery stores, restaurants and stores. Our Tiny Cottage is remote, so plan your shopping accordingly.

*Any guest wanting to book over 28 days, must sign a lease agreement and a deposit prior to 48 hours before the check in date.

* We provide satellite Internet, it’s slow, so leave your electronically home. Also, provide a dvd with some dvds if there are any times the satellite is not available. We encourage you to“Disconnect” and enjoy the remote location near the Gulf of Mexico!

Full access of the Tiny Cottage, and the lot. No access to a small maintenance shed.
Other things to note
-We have door bell cameras and noiseaware noise detectors. this system is external ONLY, and no audio or video is recorded inside the vacation rental.

-Due to the health and safety reasons of any guest and host (pet hair and dander). We do not allow any pets of any kind.

-Well lite lot with security lights surrounding the Cottage.

- There are bugs when ever it rains, keep the doors and windows closed to about Multi legged critters from becoming you house mates.

- we have two window units in common areas and ceiling fans.

- The washer/Dryer unit is located in the bedroom closet. Storage is limited.

- No Parties, gatherings, or visitors. You will realize that more than two people will be too much.

-No pets of any kind, violation of this house rule will cost $250 additional special cleaning fee.
