”The grounds on the property are beautiful. It is centrally located to explore the beaches and neighboring towns. Did not like that the inn keeper was not readily available. Had to either wait to be seen on the cameras around the house or text her. Did not have a cozy welcoming feel that we were expecting.”

”Average hotel in need of makeover. Staff was friendly. Check in quick. Room was tired with sagging curtains, worn rug, and outdated furniture.”

”There was mold on the shower curtain and mold stains on the walls/ ceiling, room hadn’t been vacuumed/ cleaned when we checked in and the baseboards with caked with grime so the room hadn’t been well cleaned in a while (if ever). We did bring this to their attention and they sent someone in to clean, but after this the room smelled like pee and my brother found little black hairs through their bed. We requested our money back and left early”

”Loved the marsh area with the Adirondack chairs and the view. Enjoyed my morning coffee out there. Breakfast was always hit and miss. Even getting down there early, they would already be out of bacon and /or sausage. “Housekeeping”? I’m not sure what you would call it. They didn’t vacuum, pick up what was clearly trash, make the bed consistently etc. Very disappointed in that aspect. Kids running up and down the hall and banging doors at all hours of the day/night. Just a little disappointed...
