Dear RebeccaThanks for your feedbackOur rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, which also serves as heating. If you have a question about how your heating works, our teams are available 24 hours a day to help you.After checking, the heating system works perfectly.Concerning the coffee machine, a malfunction appeared during the breakfast service (which we did not want, you will agree). We then suggested that you wait a few moments while we made some coffee ourselves, with a more “classic” coffee machine. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.The technician repaired the machine which worked perfectly.We will always send greetings to our teams.Sincerely
