The apartment is located above the barn with direct access via stairs. There is also a private Hot Tub on the back deck of the apartment. There are cameras around the main house and driveway and also in the horse stalls. The cameras do not face inside the apartment or on the back deck where the hot tub is located. These cameras are here for your safety and the safety of the animals.

We are 1 hour away from Purgatory Resort and 1 Hour and 15 Min from Wolf Creek Ski Resort. Also, snowshoeing on the ranch is heavenly. Bayfield has very good restaurants and, of course, Durango has a large variety of excellent dining experiences. Pagosa Springs is just a half-hour from the ranch for worldclass hot springs and spas, also some excellent dining. And the stars are always bright here.
