”This is the third Cambria location I’ve stayed at, and they’ve never disappointed! The hotel was nice, new, and clean. All of the staff was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Shuttle drivers Shannon and Roy were very nice! I was even able to reserve a ride to the airport about an hour in advance. Pickup from the airport upon arrival was quick too, but it depends on your terminal. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again!”

”check in, convenience all great. Breakfast area is a bit small and tough to get into when there's more than 4 people trying to get food. Selection was great, just small room to get everything. Room was very well setup, but cleaning needs work. While everything looked great, I moved the small ottoman and there were a pair of socks under it that weren't mine that I found when I got to the room. Since check in was late (after 12am) I didn't have the energy to request a room change at that hour. ”

”I stayed at the Hyatt beginning March 20 while taking my three-year-old daughter to Peppa Pig World to celebrate her birthday. Upon arrival, the front desk associate (a young man) was very kind, attentive, and made check-in quick and easy, which I really appreciated after traveling. Later that evening, around 10:30 PM, I realized our room did not have any hand towels or face towels. I went to the front desk to request those items, along with an extra comforter for my daughter. ”During our stay the property was currently under renovation. There was no lobby to check in to, instead we checked in at what seemed like their business center. Also, upon checking in we were notified that breakfast was located at the Hampton Inn next door due to the ongoing renovation. Our room was nice and spacious, and had already been mostly renovated except for the shower. ”

”The property was spotless from lobby, buffet, elevators to hallways and rooms. One guest elevator was down and that caused a small delay at busy times. The staff was friendly and helpful. Next time in Dallas, we will book this facility. Thanks to all the staff.”
