”We loved our stay at casa placita! We stayed here with our four children I will say the location is right next to La Placita so you will hear the partying and music it being our first time in PR we were unaware but my kids are teens so they enjoyed watching the partying. We spent most days out and about so by the time we got back the noise was nothing and we all knocked out noise wasn’t an issue really! The room situation was great and having a kitchen with washer and dryer was great they did...

”This hotel was a 3star at best. The food was horrible. After 3 attempts, we decided to eat elsewhere. No one was ever at the coffee shop. There were hidden fees - 22% resort fee each day that was not shared until the day before check out. Location was ok. The balcony is for view only, not to actually sit on and enjoy the view. For some reason, I expected more. The staff were mostly pleasant. This hotel chain is not on my list for future travel.”

”I booked ocean view through Expedia which to my surprise meant an ocean view tower which you can look in the corner to see a partial view of the ocean. The hotel told me that I would have to pay $250 more a night for a true ocean view. The suites are the only rooms with true ocean views I was told. Staff was extremely nice and professional and I appreciate them alllowing me to book elsewhere after the first day when learning this information.
