”The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly.

Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms.
