”I've already bragged on the staff (thanks Erin Hartery & staff) We checked in (after 12 noon & left the resort @ 7pm) on the same day. Enough said on that. We are awaiting a refund for our second day of unused stay which pm mgr Erin will be adeptly handling. One thing to remember: "things happen BEYOND the hotel's control...but the SERVICE RECOVERY is what the guest walks away with...in the end, AND DRIVES A RETURN VISIT.”

”What an incredible room! We stayed in the 2 Queen beds & one sleep sofa suite. Exceptionally large with a separate queen beds area, giving the living area sofa sleeper extra nice privacy. Large bathroom as well. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Nice to start off with an extra 50 electric miles when heading home… There is a Tiki bar diagonally across the street.
