”My room was on the first floor, which was in need of cleaning. The carpet was well overdue for a cleaning and the bathroom had grout in need of repair and walls that needed to be washed.
The staff was friendly, the lobby was lovely, and the breakfast was good.
But the lower level was shabby and not too clean.”

”I had a mixed experience, I stayed for 10 days and mostly the experience was excellent. On the weekend there was a few traveling hockey teams and they were very loud, both in the halls and my room overlooked the courtyard. The cleaning crew missed cleaning my room one day but it was ok… Dave at the front desk was spectacular! He was very responsive about the room cleaning and understanding when I complained about the noisy wedding party that went on til the wee hours on Saturday night. Nillah...

”Arriving one hour earlier, I had to pay to get the room that was ready early.
The lobby was dirty and smelled really bad.
Stay was for 3 nights and somehow that was fumbled and had a call stating that I had to leave. I offered my credit card to extend one more night since I was visiting family far away from the motel, but I was told they do not take credit cards over the phone. I had to make a reservation for one more night.
I know you get for what you pay, but they should have paid me to...
