”Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay.”

The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi
Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...
