”It was fantastic, quiet and private. Unfortunately we didn't spend lot of time at the house due to soccer but it had everything we needed. As a dad, I cherished the opportunity to drink coffee on the deck each morning and watch the sunrise over Hayden lake. It is an opportunity rarely given and I wish for more of it. I would definitely stay again.”

”This property is wonderful for families. The giant back yard has a Play house, play structure, fire pit, and a great out door gathering place for family time. The game room itself was outstanding for my 4 sons. Air hockey, ping pong, skeet ball, and pole were all part of the entertainment that was provided. My children’s and well as my dogs were very happy with the place. It was a blessing that we found this beautiful home. Thank you for opening your home up to us! God bless”

”The property is better than advertised. Great kitchen, three nice bedrooms, spacious family area. The deck is huge, the views are stunning. I spent a week there with my three teenage daughters and nobody wanted to go home. Great location, 10 mins to downtown CDA, would highly recommend. Hosts were very nice and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Couldn’t image a better place to stay.”

”Wish we would’ve checked in early and that the cleaners weren’t still there when we arrived (until 5:15) however those minor hiccups were quickly forgotten because the home, the property and the overall experience were nothing short of wonderful! The house is stocked with top notch decor and essentials. They spared no cost at covering every detail! A++++”

”Amazing views of the lake. Amazing location. Amazing owners live next door very friendly. Stayed May 9th-12th, Mother’s Day weekend, got to see the amazing northern lights. Over all it was a great old rustic style cute house. Perfect for a bigger family with older kids. Will definitely stay again. Thank You.”

”This property met, but did not exceed our expectations. Location was great, walkable to downtown and stores. The two upstairs bedrooms did not have doors which limited privacy. Beds, bedding, and furnishings were all basic but suited our needs.”

”My longtime group of friends playing a RPG together has to go on hiatus. We went to this nice little house for one final weekend of gaming, hanging, and goodbyes (hopefully just for now). It was super spacious and accommodated our need for multiple sleeping rooms really well.”

”We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts!”

”Two of my boys and I spent a long weekend at this property and we are all so impressed by the location, large lawn and overall privacy. Had such a great time and my kids enjoyed frisbee on the lawn (which is huge!) as well as time in the lake. The property is the last house on a dead end street which had a big WOW! effect upon entering. Highly recommend.”

”Came to Coeur d’Alene for a little vacation time and to explore the area, the house was great, clean and plenty of room and in a quiet family neighborhood. One area that needs improvement is the quality of the cookware and number of glasses/cups, very few available. Also unfortunately for our trip the hot tub was not working and unavailable. We received a small credit but were a bit disappointed. Still a great experience!”

”It was very good the only issue we had is thier was no service. So when we got thier we could not connect to the wifi yet or click on the link for the door code so we had to drive back to the freeway to be able to get the link to load. The house was very nice though very spacious. Everyone was complaining about being hot though.also the creek in the back isnt really able to be fished in very shallow water so that was dispointing for my kids but overall it was a nice house.. ps the red barn...

”The electronic lock on door did not work. I was not aware there was a lock box and did not have a code. My phone did not get service in that area. A neighbor finally came home and let me use his phone. I got code and key. Please let others know about lock box and code. Rest of visit was enjoyable”

”This home was great. Yes, it's a bit outdated, but the location makes up for it. This property is a must-see if you're a boater or a lake lover. The price was great as well, considering neighboring properties, some even on the same doc, are listed at 3X the price as this property. Thanks for having us. We will be back!”
