”The hotel grounds are beautiful but that’s about it. We stayed here for 3 days and the room was not cleaned the entire time. I put the sign on the door our last day for a cleaning only to arrive that evening to a dirty room. They emptied the garbage but left the rest of the room a mess. I’m not sure why they charged me 50 extra dollars for a pet fee. They should have paid me 50 to clean my own room. The breakfast would have been nice but by 8am all the items were gone. Breakfast hours are 7-10....

”This was a beautiful property about a mile and a half outside of town, so it was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and even had generous bathrobes too use. I would stay here again the next time I am on San Juan Island!”

”Deer Harbor is Awesome! And the Deer Harbor Inn is a great place to stay! Once we had the key code for our room we found a cozy, inviting environment. We turned on the fireplace/heater and warmed it up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well lit. The parking was right behind the building and we could see our car from our room which was nice.”

”Wonderful experience and staff at this super cute and snug b&b. We were in super late to check in and left early the next morning. Staff left out to go bag with snacks for us to catch an early ferry off the island. Would definitely recommend!”

”There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. We don’t understand why guests were given rooms next to us when there were only 4 rooms occupied in the entire...

”We loved this place from the moment we pulled up. The grounds are so well kept and the view is beautiful! Our cabin was clean, cute and spacious. I was actually surprised on how supplied the kitchen was, and wished I would’ve planned accordingly to cook a few small meals there. The closest restaurant is about 15 minutes away. This Harbor is so beautiful and fun to watch the resident Harbor seals and all the birds. This was our first trip to the island and it was so fun to find such a little...
