”The rooms were no clean enough, yellow and black dirt in bathrooms. Pool has not been available for a while and wasn’t going to be available any time soon(we were told at the reception). The reception is just one person and it takes a while until you are attended, so be ready to be fully patient. There is no shampoo or anything much provided. Bring you stuff if planning to be more than one in a room, we had to ask for extra shampoo since we were 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). There was one tinny...

”I had some issues prior to my original arrival. Called several times but, never able to reach the proper person to see if I could move my trip out by one day. Due to my vehicle repairs. Left several messages no call backs so, I just paid $300 for an extra nights stay into Saturday! I will be back in July for work so, hopefully things will be a lot better during my next stay. ”It's understandable this is an extended stay type place and overall it was nice, the courtyard with the grills were really a good addition but it is in need of a good touch up. Chairs and couches are worn and in need of repairs, drawer missing in kitchen, little things like that. Comfortable beds, kitchen was a good addition, overall pretty clean.”

”My room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff was amazing. The property is under renovation and will be great when it's finished, but during my stay, the pool was closed, the breakfast wasn't fully-stocked , and the entrance was through the back. A poor first impression, but I'm expecting good things, and the experience was a mostly-pleasant one, all things considered....so much so that, if the price were to remain the same, post renovation, I'd definitely consider staying there again.”

”From the moment I got there, the staff was very helpful.The young man behind the desk understood that I had diabetes and made sure to put me on the first floor closest to the office. The rooms are not perfect, but they're very good for what you need very comfortable.And I felt very safe. The staff of the morning at checkout was very kind.
